Enable the JAVA virtual machine as described below :

	IE 3.0 user : Select "Option" from menu "View", select the "Security" tag from the dialog box and check the "Run Java Applet" to enable Java virtual machine.
	IE 4.0 user : Select "Internet Option" from menu "View", select the "Advanced" tag from the dialog box and check the "Java VM" items to enable Java virtual machine.
	Navigator 3.0 user : Select "Network Preference" from menu "Options", select the "Language" tag from the dialog box and check the "Enable Java" and "Enable Java Script".
